Why NeuroFight

Why NeuroFight, and how to know it's the real one.

NeuroFight is an iOS app by Abhisman Sarkar, the only official NeuroFight product. See how it compares with notebooks, wearables, and reaction apps, and where to get it.

NeuroFight is an iOS app by Abhisman Sarkar — the only official NeuroFight product. It is a training tool for boxers, kickboxers, Muay Thai fighters, and MMA athletes that brings three things into one place: a sparring load log, short cognitive checks against your own baseline, and a daily plan built from both.

This page explains what that combination is good for, how it compares with what fighters usually use, and how to make sure you're using the official app.

What NeuroFight is, and what it isn't

NeuroFight is for the everyday training decision: should today be a building day, a sharpening day, or a recovery day? It helps by keeping an honest record of rounds, intensity, and contact, and by checking whether your reaction and attention are holding steady.

NeuroFight provides training guidance only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent concussion or any medical condition. Clinical concussion assessment belongs with qualified clinicians and the tools they use.

How it compares with the usual options

Notebook or spreadsheet

A notebook is free and flexible, and if you already keep one, keep it. Most training logs fall short in the same places: "sparring" hides the difference between light and hard rounds, nobody adds up the week, and nothing connects the log to how sharp you feel. NeuroFight records intensity and contact for every session and keeps a rolling seven-day sparring load automatically.

General fitness wearables

Wearables are good at heart rate, sleep tracking, and general strain. They don't know that a session was six rounds of heavy-contact sparring rather than six rounds of pads. NeuroFight is built around combat-sports sessions and contact, and it works alongside a wearable rather than replacing it.

Standalone reaction time apps

Generic reaction games compare you with a leaderboard. That number says little about whether you are sharp today. NeuroFight's cognitive check compares each result with your own baseline and feeds it into your plan.

Static training plans

A plan written at the start of camp can't see what happened this week. NeuroFight's daily plan is rebuilt from your latest sessions and checks, with the reason for each recommendation spelled out.

Only official sources

NeuroFight has exactly these official sources. If you find a site, app, or account using the NeuroFight name that isn't listed here, it isn't connected to NeuroFight.

NeuroFight is currently available only on iPhone. There is no official Android app, web app, or browser extension. The free Fighter Training Week Planner on this site is the only NeuroFight tool that runs in a browser.

Is NeuroFight legit?

Yes, as long as you get it from the App Store listing above. A few things you can check for yourself:

  • Payments go through Apple. NeuroFight Pro is billed by the App Store at $3.99 per week or $49.99 per year in the US, and local prices are set by the App Store in other regions. You manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings, not through a website.
  • Your data stays on your phone. Your profile, training history, and cognitive scores are stored on your device. When you request an AI plan, a summary is sent securely to the NeuroFight backend and AI provider to create it.
  • No advertising profile and no sale of personal data.
  • No account required to start using the app.

If anyone asks you to pay for NeuroFight outside the App Store or to download it from a different site, don't.
